1. Small installations in chemical industry.
The work on design documentation commences with specifying of the site and obtaining visa for design up to detailed design by speciality – technological, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, power supply, control and automation, sewage, roads, HVAC, design for mounting technological items with heavy weight and a difficult access, plan for safety and health. In case of need from design by other speciality, like fire warning and firefighting, guarded systems, software development etc., the firm is in position to involve in relevant experts in the designing team.
1.1 Installation at the firm “Decaphos”.
It is located at elevation “0” with steel stages; including vessels with agitators, elevators, band transporters and others chemical machines and apparatuses.
 1.2 Installation for sand dosing.
Installation represents welded steel structure with bunkers, elevators, band transporters, weight transporters etc.
1.3 Installation for waste gases treatment.
The installation is designed by process data sheet from leading engineering firm “CEMAG”. It is composed of fans, pumps, apparatuses for purification etc. and adapted for operation with severe corrosion medium. The installation ensures purification of the gases for the one of basic production at “Agropolichim”- AD, Devnya.

1.4 Installation for ammonia evaporation.
Build in on steel stage, presents a system of vessels under pressure and exchangers and transform the liquid ammonia into gaseous, necessary for basic technological line of agricultural fertilizers.
1.5 Installation for dense soda production
It includes drier drums, redlers, elevators, screw transporters, coolers, filters and other chemical machines.
The erection of installation is connected in the shortest time of procurement for technological items from manufactures fabricated by our data sheet. Preparation detailed designs for the execution of the technological item. 2. Machines and apparatuses.
2.1 Machines for continuous transport of bulk cargo: 2.1.1 Redlers (lamellar transporters). - capacity up to 600 t/h;

2.1.4 Band transporters. - capacity up to 400 t/h;

- transporters are in a position to be movable, reversible and weight.
2.1.5 Drum machines - length to 50 m;
- diameter to 4,5 m;
- used for cooling and drying bulk cargo.
2.1.6 Mixers for dry mixing (polyvinylchloride).
- capacity of the warm mixer from 100 to 600 liters;
- interrupted cyclic operation;
- kit of tools for production of granulate and extruded products from polyvinylchloride.
2.1.7 Reservoirs
Vessels with agitators (anchor, frame, propeller and chain) with volume to 280 m³. Vessels and exchangers under pressure, subject in-service inspections. Legalizing, issue passport. Heat exchange apparatuses for corrosive chemicals and commonly usage mediums as well as. Reservoirs (tanks) for crude oil and chemicals with capacity to 10 000 m³.
 2.1.8 Flue gas ducts at thermo-electric power-station - flue gas temperature to 180 °C;

 3. Hoists Designs for mounting hoists batch production - electric hoist (monorail), cranes, devices for lifting and mounting, solving problem situations during mounting and dismounting industrial equipments.

5. Reconstruction of river-ships.
Designs for building-up a draw-bridge of motor ships “Vasil Aprilov”, “Georgy Mamarchev” and “Georgy Izmirliev”, witch provides resources for floating along uppеr course of the river Danube. Hoists are “scissors” type and “pillar” type. Hoist performance for a draw-bridge of the motor ship “Georgy Mamarchev” – the most low and most high marks are one of the best in the river Danube navigation.
